BEFORE YOU ORDER!

File Setup Information: All files are setup at time of order submission, no alterations to files or order details can be made after submitting. PCBexpress is an automated "Plot & Go!" service - your files are processed as sent without design review.

LIMITED MANUFACTURING SETUP INCLUDES:

1. Import Gerber files (or convert) according to order form.
2. Import Drill file (one only, according to order form).
3. Align layers (as looking through the top of the board).
4. Check for missing apertures (system automatically be increases “zero” value to 1 mil).
5. Check for missing tool sizes.
6. Check and/or generate outline layer according to customer order form preference.
7. Adjust polarity if necessary (for internal layers only).
   Important note:  “pads” only on an internal layer with no visible thermals will be treated as a positive -not a ground/power layer, please make sure all thermals are present.
8. Orient layers correctly, top to bottom according to order form.
9. Check board size against order form.
10. Check for “blowouts” (double hits) and eliminate instances or place on hold for instruction if too excessive.

PCBEXPRESS DOES NOT INCLUDE :

• Design rule checking.
• Design fixing - Files run as sent per customer order form.
• Electrical Testing is not included.
• Extra files will not be used - only required files listed on order form will be used.
• Design notes, "readme files", pdf, and/or drawing documents will not be used.
• No Blind or buried vias, connected holes, slots, canned circles see pcb drill rules.
• No internal cut-outs or chamfer cuts - see Fab - Board Outline.
